At NextStone Canada, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers by providing high-quality products and excellent service. However, it is important to note that all NextStone products can be returned, provided conditions are met. 

NextStone Return Policy allows for returns within 30-day of purchase, but please note there is a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued once the product is returned in good condition. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at orderdesk@nextstonecanada.com. Please provide your name, order number, reason for return and photographs of the product to be returned. A "Return Merchandise Confirmation" (RMA) number will be sent on approval of the return. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the box/s are damaged during transit, we highly recommend taking pictures of both the product and box in case the product is damaged to help avoid any issues with the refund and when filing a claim with the freight company.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a 25% restocking fee will be applied and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
