Product Description: The Dover White Country Ledgestone 30” Column Wrap is designed to give boxed columns a realistic stone finish without the weight or mess of real masonry. Each wrap includes four locking pieces that fit together easily using the built-in groove system. This wrap stands 30 inches tall and measures 16” x 16” on the outside, with an inner opening of just under 14”/. It’s 1½ inches thick and is designed to be attached to a structural box. Column caps are sold separately. The Dover White colour has a warm, natural look that pairs well with wood trim, stucco, or siding. An excellent choice for all different exterior styles.  Note: This is NOT a stand-alone product. There must be a box to attach to. It stands 47 inches tall with 8” x 8” outer dimensions and comes as a two-piece wrap.  Each box includes both panels. Once fitted together, they snap around the post and hold firmly with glue or screws. If you’re working with a 4” post, you’ll need the converter kit. Post caps are sold separately to match.  These are a great choice for deck posts, basement posts, or anywhere that you want to look like stone. The Teton buff also has a nice light tone that works well with other colours. Each box comes with four pieces, two left and two right, which fit together to wrap around 90-degree corners.  Once installed, you’ll get just over five linear feet per box, with an interlocking design that hides all fasteners. The panels are lightweight and easy to handle, and the dry stack texture adds a rustic feel. You won’t need mortar or paint, just basic tools and screws to get started. This corner set perfectly matches the Dover White flat panels and works best on vertical surfaces. How to Calculate flats and corners: 1. Measure the height of all 90-degree outside corners in inches and divide by 12. This is the total number of linear feet needed for the job. 2. Divide the total linear feet needed by the linear foot per box for the product you plan to purchase and round up to the next full box to order. Example: 192” ÷ 12 = 16 linear feet (each box covers 5.17 linear feet) 16 ÷ 5.17 = 3.09 Order 3 boxes of corners 3. Some of the flat areas will be covered by the corner pieces so that you can subtract the square footage needed for the flats. The approximate square foot coverage per box is 5 square feet. You can now subtract 5 square feet by the number of boxes purchased and subtract this total from the overall square feet required for your project. Always round up to the next box. Now using the example above to calculate total square foot, adjust the number of boxes needed for flats. 45.82 square feet subtract 15 (this number is the total linear feet in 3 boxes of corners) = 30.82 ÷ 16 = 1.92 Order 2 boxes of flats Actual colours may vary. Then multiply the total height by the width in inches, and divide that number by 144. Subtract doors and windows where you will not be installing. You will want to add 5 – 10% to this number for waste. This is the total number of square feet needed for the job. 3. Divide the total square feet needed by the square foot per box for the product you plan to purchase and round up to the next full box to order. If you need corners, follow the extra steps below. Example: 100” x 60” = 6,000” ÷ 144 = 41.66 square feet X 1.10 = 45.82 (Each box covers approx.16 square feet) 45.82 ÷ 16 = 2.86 Order 3 boxes of flats Actual colours may vary.
